Our meetings are still from 7:30am-9am. We simply have a 30 sec Sales Manager Minute and 15-20 sec Testimonials.
Since BNI is intended to "sell through your chapter NOT to your chapter" most are okay with this. After all, the successful people aren't making a ton of progress because they get to speak for 60 sec every week. They build relationships outside of the weekly meetings and also participate in Power Teams.
Colin again - just spotted your actual comment - no relation to Ron Flood that I know of but give me an email address if you know it and I'll say HI to him. Regards - COLIN
Hi Mike - Colin the Carpenter here from the UK but heading back home to NZ in Sept. Back home I'm a Builder, over here I'm a Carpenter. My subs have just run out where I've been a BNI member for the last 2years. The Local Chapter has been great to me so I'm very much a BNI convert and am looking forward to seeing how well it will work for me in Napier/Hastings - just in case you know anyone down that way. I emailed them earlier in the year but no one seemed to want to get back to me. Iain Whyte (Big Man Talking - Scotland) created the introduction for me to this web site. At the moment I'm a bit of a serious subber - giving back to those that have helped me through BNI over the last 2 years. See you in NZ maybe - COLIN
Mike thank you very much for the training session last night and it is always great to see you at our meeting. We have a leadership meeting booked for next Tuesday. With all the new blood around me I will be kept on my toes which is always good.
lol :) believe me my name is spelt so many ways that I must have been a Tennent for at least a quarter of my life! Only last night I emailed two local journo's and corrected them for misspelling me as Ternant. I've heard that the Tennent's are a lot nicer than the Ternant's anyway! Be awesome, Mark

I think Tracey has already started a Bethlehem group.
