Thanks for this! -there is a search function - just as you outlined..!. If you click on the menu bar to see members, and then in the search field, add your key word OR click on advanced search and add your key word to a specific field it will search all members... there are no designers yet - but we're planning on adding NZ members week after next - so definitely check back then!
Thanks for the suggestion - I'll add this to tips on using the site!
