Struggling to get visitors along?

Does anyone have any great suggestions (ie: an email script) to get visitors along - I always manage to get people interested but just can't close the deal??

- I have been in the Screen Print and Signage trade for 15 years. I returned to New Zealand in 2008 after a 2 year European working holiday and purchased a long standing existing business. I immediately changed the name and did a total rebrand to better reflect both myself and the direction of the company.
I have a wife of 6 years and a young family.
My biggest challenge in life right now is finding the perfect balance between home and work!
