BNI Assistant Directors, East/South Auckland
My country:
New Zealand
My city/town:
Bucklands Beach, Manukau City
About me:
After 20 years in banking Paul became self employed. Since then he has gained considerable experience in business and management. This includes training and speaking, life and career coaching, recruitment and work place safety, marketing and business referral networking. Paul has been an Assistant Director with BNI since 2003. He is a published author of The Naked Career and also a member of the National Speakers Association of New Zealand and affectionately known as "The Enthuser".

Rosemary has been married to Paul since 1974 , is a proud mother to 4 adult children and Nana to 3 lovely grandchildren. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and in 2007 decided to join Paul in developing chapter leadership and became and Assistant Director with BNI in 2008.

We live in Bucklands Beach, Auckland, New Zealand and enjoy sailing our local harbour aboard our yacht Edge of Tyme.
My business name:
Full Potential Services Limited
About my business:
Full Potential Services Ltd is a privately owned company operating as development specialists. In 1989 when Paul moved from his 20 year banking career as a Bank Manager it became our business vehicle . Rosemary, the anchor woman of our new small business venture, supported Paul and the family as Full Potential Services grew and flourished.
Paul's passion to speak worked very well in a number of industries including public training, conference and seminar facilitation, sales and marketing, team leadership, self development/coaching, recruitment, health and safety and the early childhood industry.
In 2009, after the loss of three parents in 2008, Rosemary decided we needed to get re-enthused. Paul read his own book The Naked Career and decided his passion could now be found in the Professional Speaking industry. He decided on 1st June 2009 and together, he and Rosemary have equipped themselves to launch and manage their new firm prmeyer.com enthuser. Paul and Rosemary founded and own prmeyer.com enthuser which is a division of Full Potential Services Limited.
Our philosophy is to captivate, entertain and inform audiences to the highest professional standards.

Their logo and branding reflect a wonderful team effort of being married since 1974 and their successful careers in both the corporate and SME sectors. "get enthused in a flash!" is their tag line which reflects that any event in life can trigger the motive to re-enthuse.

Paul's experience as a speaker comes highly commended with his extensive background of developing people to reach their full potential. Rosemary's tenacity and ability to win over relationships brings a unique blend of skills as Marketing Director.

MSP TRAINING SOUTH/EAST AUCKLAND

A very successful Membership Success Programme (MSP) Training was held last night at the Papakura RSA, South Auckland.

This event was very well supported with 40 members in attendance. It was fantastic to see almost every member of BNI Counties Chapter there. Two long term members, one who has been 9 years with the chapter and the other 7 years, said it was great to come for a refresher.

Two new chapters have been launched in the South/East…

HI Paul and Rosemary
Welcome :)
Here are some ideas to get you started on the BNIonline site;
-Got to your ‘My Page’ and fill in the gaps:
- Your status (not whether you’re married, but what you’re working on, or thinking about)
- Your profile information (about you, your web address etc)
- Upload your profile pic (very important!!)
- Do you have any BNI / business pics or vids to share?
- Add some ‘apps’ to your page (applications eg RSS adds in your other blog feed)
-Leave a message for another member on their ‘wall’.
-Add a discussion eg; what’s a recurring issue for BNI members?
-Ask a question eg; what’s the diference between a lead and a referral? Do you know of a good commercial photographer? Etc etc
-Set up a group eg BNI Head Office, BNI Newbies etc etc.
-Or start your own blog eg; about working at BNI, about networking tips etc
Have fun :)
