Really - everyone seemed so keen. I thought for sure, i would be the only one not there. I think it is only right that we all make a huge effort on the 13th. I will be there for sure as i will be celebrating that my 10min presentation is all over. YAY. Chat soon.

A bit up and down post ACC-changes to be honest. Definitely not back to where we were last year yet, but definitely better than than the beginning of the year! It's really hard to tell at the moment, one week things are going well and we are flat stick, and then the next minute we are quite again. A real guessing game at the minute!
Cheers.

Hey Mick, thanks for the session this morning. The walk went ok... up to the roof of Gisborne. Hammy was a bit sore after, did about 12 minutes stretching all up this morning and will do the same after training tonight.

Thanks again and welcome to the site.
