- 15 years+ hands-on HR management experience, both in NZ and overseas. Mainly in manufacturing but also in other industries including call centre outsourcing and not-for-profit NGOs. I hold a Masters Degree in HRM from DeMontfort University (Leicester UK) and have been granted professional membership with the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
