Beliefs!

My thoughts today, the power of beliefs I believe that a 'belief' is a made up fact that goes out to prove its existence, the belief searches for evidence to reinforce the 'fact' and prove to you that your belief is valid. What are your current beliefs?? Are they serving you, your business? Are they 'FACTS' or 'Fiction' challenge your beliefs and be open to the beliefs of others! Create a great weekend everyone!See More

About me:
Also known as the Irish Coach, I am 36 Years old been living in New Zealand for 3 years, been involved in BNI for 2 years, Current President Nelson Lunchtime Chapter, passionate about helping business owners and professionals achieve more success and freedom.
I love the game of business and I have owned and operated several businesses, my business ownership, leadership experience stretches back over 10 years my background is in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. I started off my career as an apprentice and can still remember how to wire a plug! I coach a range of successful business owners in Nelson and around NZ. I love connecting and networking with people and 90% of my business in Nelson has come from BNI.
My business name:
Highly Effective Coaching
About my business:
The core purpose of my coaching business is to empower business owners and individuals to excel and realize their full potential, its to provide my clients with clarity, a structured framework for achievement and co created strategy that gets them to where they want to be.
Its about…..providing constructive feedback, guidance, and objectivity that comes from a place of adding value and not judging, its to help clients become more self aware and empowering them to be accountable to their word and identified and agreed actions.
Its about…supporting my clients 100% and believing in them and their vision, Its about exploring options, empowered choices, challenging the status quo and self generation through quality questions.
Its about…..partnering with successful clients to create businesses that can work profitably and independently from them, Its about leveraging the business for personal fulfillment, Its about determination, persistence and passion….its about me always giving more than I get and believing that there is always a way and there is always more!
The best referral for my business is:
An established business owner with 2- 15 employees with no vision, no goals, no plans to achieve goals, who is not leading the business, who has lost motivation, who feels like chaos rules the day, who is feeling overwhelmed and is thinking that having a regular 9-5 job would be much more fun, a business owner who feels like implementing the slightest improvement is like moving a mountain. A business owner who's prepared and ready to change their current reality and who's hungry to take their business to the next level.
