If you have a specific 'Dream Referral' and you just cannot get in front of the right person.... maybe that company is in a different town... this is the place to ask.1 Rule though.... be specific... i.e. A specific company you want to contact.See More

I'd also be more blunt and ask, "Why do you want a Flash site anyway?"
It will cause you more grief, time and cost than any possible "design" benefit you might gain.
