About me:
I'm 'Your Real Estate Guy'
Thinking outside of the box as opposed to running with the crowd is the only way to stay ahead of your competition.

Trained as a Chef in the RNZAF - so I know how to throw a great dinner party - before moving into hospitality management followed by starting my sales career in commercial kitchen sales which combined with my passion for property led me into Residential Real Estate where I have thoroughly enjoyed working with clients to develop 'cutting edge' marketing campaigns to achieve them fantastic results.
My business name:
RE/MAX Leaders
About my business:
Too often I hear stories of people who have had a less than ideal experience when it came time for them to sell their home.
The stories I hear are often atrocious because of the things that did or didnt happen during the 'process' of selling. The single common denominator for all of the people I speak with who have had a 'poor' experience and/or result are that when I asked the question "How did you select your agent" and "What criteria or questions did you use or ask to select the best agent for you"?

I was absolutely 'gob smacked' when I started to hear the answers of how people have gone about selecting the person who would ultimately be in charge of selling their single largest asset. You see the answer that you get will ultimately depend on the quality of the questions that you have asked because the majority of home sellers have no idea what they should 'really' be asking their agent when interviewing them to sell their home.

By the way.... time in the market place is not a good reason to choose an agent.
